Summary
We are seeking a meticulous and performance-driven Product Listing Executive with 2+ years of hands-on experience managing listings across major eCommerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, eBay, and Shopify.
The ideal candidate possesses an in-depth understanding of marketplace algorithms, keyword optimization, product visibility, and catalog accuracy. This role requires strong coordination between content, marketing, and operations teams to ensure that every product listing not only complies with marketplace standards but also ranks competitively and drives conversion.
The Product Listing Executive will play a pivotal role in enhancing digital shelf performance, ensuring data integrity, and contributing directly to online sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
(A) Product Listing & Optimization
1. Create, update, and optimize product listings across multiple marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Meesho, etc.).
2. Develop SEO-rich titles, bullet points, and product descriptions aligned with keyword strategy.
3. Ensure all images, attributes, and pricing are accurate and consistent across platforms.
4. Manage bulk uploads using marketplace templates, APIs, or listing tools.
5. Identify listing errors, suppressions, or compliance violations and resolve them promptly.
(B) Catalog Management & Data Quality
1. Maintain clean, structured, and accurate product catalogs for each client or marketplace.
2. Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams to ensure accurate stock reflection online.
3. Regularly audit and validate product data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
4. Maintain a central database of SKUs, categories, and attributes for easy version control.
(C) Keyword, SEO & Performance Analytics
1. Conduct keyword research using tools like Helium10, JungleScout, or Google Keyword Planner.
2. Optimize listings for higher ranking and organic traffic.
3. Track performance metrics (CTR, conversions, impressions) and suggest continuous improvements.
4. Collaborate with marketing teams on A/B testing and listing enhancements.
(D) Cross-Team Coordination & Reporting
1. Work closely with digital marketing, operations, and design teams to ensure alignment.
2. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on listing performance and visibility growth.
3. Participate in brainstorming sessions to improve listing efficiency and process automation.
Qualifications & Eligibility
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in eCommerce product listing and catalog management.
Skills & Competence
• Strong understanding of marketplace policies, listing algorithms, and SEO optimization.
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and listing tools (Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.).
• Ability to manage large volumes of data accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical mindset, and time management.
• Basic familiarity with HTML or bulk upload templates is an added advantage.
