CANCELLATION AND REFUND

1. SCOPE OF POLICY

This policy applies to all clients who engage with our services through our online platform. It covers subscription-based services, request-based services, and associated refund processes.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY

a. eCommerce Consulting Services

Subscription Cancellation

  • Clients may cancel their subscription at any time by notifying us at info@dataspectors.com.

  • Upon cancellation, service access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied after cancellation.

  • Partial Refunds: Subscription fees for unused days within the billing cycle are not refundable.

b. B2B Lead Generation Services

  • As these services are request-based and tailored to client-specific needs, cancellations are not permitted once the service has been initiated.

c. Conditions for Service Cancellation

  • Cancellations must be initiated by the client in writing, with a clear reference to the service and relevant transaction details.

  • Service cancellations do not automatically qualify for a refund unless specified in the refund terms below.

4. GLOBAL CONSIDERATIONS

  • Refunds will be processed in the original currency used for the transaction.

  • Any currency conversion fees, exchange rate differences, or transaction charges during the refund process are non-refundable.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring that their payment method supports international refunds.

3. REFUND POLICY

a. eCommerce Consulting Services

Subscription Refunds:

  • Refunds are available only if a cancellation request is submitted within 7 days of the subscription start date, provided no consulting services have been delivered.

  • Once services have commenced, the subscription fee is non-refundable.

b. B2B Lead Generation Services

Request-Based Payments:

  • Payments are non-refundable once the service has been initiated or delivered.

  • If you believe there was an error or discrepancy in the delivered leads, you may raise a concern within 5 business days of delivery. If validated, we may offer a resolution, such as re-performing the service or issuing a partial refund.

c. Refund Eligibility Criteria

Refunds are applicable only when

  • The cancellation or refund request is submitted within the specified timeframe.

  • Services have not been delivered or initiated.

  • Discrepancies or errors in service delivery are validated by our internal review team.

5. EXCLUSIONS

  • Services rendered, partially delivered, or fully delivered.

  • Failure to utilize the service within the subscription or agreed-upon period.

  • Client dissatisfaction due to factors beyond our control, such as external circumstances, preferences, or unrealistic expectations.

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Acknowledgment: Requests will be acknowledged within 2 business days.

  • Resolution Timeline: Approved refunds or cancellation confirmations will be processed within 10 business days.

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Our senior team will review and provide a final decision within 7 business days.
